Or when they park their cart right in front of the product you need and they're like 10 feet away looking at something else! Hello....move your cart with you when there are a bunch of people around.
Oh, or they leave the cart right in the middle of the isle and there are boxes and stuff all over the place and you have no way to even walk by! Happened to me last night. I barely squeezed by between the lady's cart and the stock boys cart. She was half way down the isle looking for something else and I was walking through with just a hand basket.
Oh and don't forget the ones that just stop dead in their tracks on the outside isles to chit chat with someone or to leave their cart and walk down one of the inner isles to grab something!
Yeah, I hate shopping!

Yes! That happens all the time! Sometimes if it looks like a person is going to have an issue with something, I'll go on to the next thing and then come back.

Yes! And they look at you as if you're mad! It's the same problem that when I am running for my train some idiots decided to stop in the middle of the station for some reason just gazing about. Infuriating when you're late.

Yes, that has happened to me. How about when you are in line and the person in front of you puts their stuff on the belt and leaves the cart right there, in the way. Oh man I really don't like that.

"Politeness, would be interrupting their conversation with
some interesting talk, either on their same subject, or make
up a good topic."
"Grocery shopping isn't supposed to be done in a hurry, nor
is going to the grocery store an antisocial setting."

No, I have never been in that situation. But, if one day, I happen to be in that situation, I'll pretend that I don't realize that they get mad. It's actually their fault blocking other people's access in a public area.

people are so rude sometimes but this does happen and then they seem to expect you to hurry up and get your product and not be there but a second.
