The name is Binnenhof (inner court) but, as Willeke has said, it's in The Hague and not Amsterdam. It's the oldest building in The Hague which the rest of the city was built around. Parliament isn't actually in the Binnenhof itself though, but in a new modern wing of the buildingcomplex which is originally a medieval hunting lodge for the count of Holland.

There is no parliament building in Amsterdam, as the government, and as such the parliament, is in Den Haag, (the hague) but I think you mean the Stopera, Stadhuis-Opera, City Hall and theater build for opera as well as other productions.

Or do a google Images search for stopera.
