are objects bigger or actual size? Or Is it the same as a cars rear view mirrors?

Curved mirrors on cars do change the size as well as the expected distance away.
Flat house mirrors show the objects as far behind the mirror as the objects are in front. When you are directly in front, they are equal sized.

regular house mirrors are supposed to show things at their actual size, that is because they are flat to change the size of an object the mirror has to be concave or convex (in other words slightly bent out wards or in wards), but large house mirrors like full body length mirrors might be slightly bent and could alter the size of objects, but not to a very large extent.
