Hello....I am planning on doing a classified ads newspaper only (weekly)...would you know the best way to do this...I mean what do you need? what software,equipment etc????
its a classified ads paper only, 20-25 pages, and once a week

Call your local paper and ask what software they use.

You probably should start by going to some local printers. I don't think you'd get much help from companies that are already in the business of selling ads. So go to the printer, find out their rates, and come up with a business plan. (As in, how many ads would you have to sell, at what rate, in order to break even?)
