She will follow the advise of her cabinet, her staff, Military intelligence, CIA, Dept of Defense and the Pentagon. Review all the information and make the best decision possible at the time and Waite for the American public be overly critical and bash and ridicule her rather than support her as the Commander in Chief probably about the same way they did Bush. Hopefully, if she does get elected, she will keep her Husband out of the loop.
PS. I agree with Quinn

By strengthening Homeland Security (ensuring that grants are issued to states on the basis of the threats they face) improving intelligence collection & emergency response systems.. On an international level she supports working with other countries (restoring partnerships & building effective alliances instead of alienating them to combat terrorism).

1. Work to eliminate the injustices that foment it.
2. Rebuild Americas moral reputation so Diplomacy regains some measure of effectiveness, and proceed to use it to whatever effect possible.
3. Stop wasting vast resources on useless efforts that are primarily just means of enriching friends of cheneybush and pumping up repKon egos and coffers.
4. Utilize all legal, moral , and ethical means to eliminate the remaining entrenched, irredeemable core of terrorism, including by surgically targeted eliminations when necessary.

same way clintons do everything: by poll numbers.
1) where should i take my vacation?
2) if i wear pumps, does my husband think it's a verb?
3) who should we bomb next saturday?
do what's popular, not what's right. the clinton motto. the usa can do better from any existing political party.

look at her last voice about Bhutto. Clinton demanded international commission to search Bhutto's assassination that shows compromise about politics. but, how compromise ? in order to legitimate a action, she gives importance for international agreement

She will follow the existing program. Subtle changes prehaps, but pretty much do what we are currently doing as she voted to approve most of it.

To answer your question;
Hillary will wait for the terrorist to attack us on our own soil, issue a arrest warrant, give them a multi-million dollar trial (paid with US tax dollars). She will, if the terrorists are convicted give them three square meals, and a warm bed till they are released and given the opportunity to kill more of us, beginning the cycle anew.

I hate Hillary but she can not do a worst job on national defense than Bush has.
Bush has made more enemies in 7 years than any other past President.

Exactly, the same way Bill dealt with them. That's why we had the most number of attacks on the U.S. and it's interests ever during his tenure.
