For some strange reason I like sleeping on the floor with just a blanket.

I think some cultures actually do sleep on the floor with the sheets actually. They may use some kind of padding and bed sheets and other stuff, but its common other places. Also, everyone has their preference. Hope this helps. Best wishes.

Actually, in my older-age, I've found sleeping on the floor with just a light-pad is WONDERFUL for my back !!
