if you can send me a picture print out on how to change my trans filter it would be great for me to do it myself...

There is no way to change the transmission filter on your vehicle, without totally disassembling the transmission. Honda did not put a serviceable transmission filter in that transmission!

If you want to service the transmission, have a complete fluid flush done! This should cost somewhere around $125-$150 at a shop.

Actually, most of those tranny "flushes" only cost $100 at a shop. If you're more of a do-it-yourselfer, you could just drop the pan/pull drain bolt+refill it several times. This is a decent alternative to paying for a shop to do it. If you need a DIY article, try looking around on Honda forums or getting a repair manual.
