Have i stopped growing?!
I'm a girl, 5ft 6, just turned 15 and i really want to know if i'm going to get any taller!
When i was like 10 i had a massive growth spurt - i went from being the shortest in my class - to the tallest! i was 5ft 2ish! Then i had another growth spurt when i was 13 and grew to my about 5ft 5 - then i've slowly grown to 5ft 6!
i was wondering, because i had my big growth spurt so young, do you think that means i will grow again now, or does it mean that i've completely stopped?! thanks!

Mum = 5ft 5
Dad = 5ft 10
Older Sister = 5ft 8

i was smallest in my class -> then i grew to 5ft 2 and i was the tallest at 5ft 2! sorry if that confused you! i was like 4ft something! x

probably between 5'7 and 5'8
5'5 + 5'10 = 10'15 / 2 = 5' 7 1/2
so you should be close to your sisters height which is an average of your parents heights

Growth spurts are usually during puberty, did you start your period between 10 and 13? Most girls are close to their adult height by age 15, especially if they have had their period for two or three years. The estrogen made after puberty stops the growth of long bones and so height does not continue to increase.
BTW, 5'4" is average female height.

Most women do grow to their maximum height around the age of 14-15 but you never know. If it can give you any perspective, I reached 5'6" around the age of 13-14, I'm almost 21 now and still the same height. My mom is 5'3 and my dad was 6'2 so I'd say I'm a nice medium.

No one knows the answer. Usually by the time you reach the age of 17 or 18 you are finished growing, but there is always the exception to the rule.

You might grow an inch or two more, without seeing an xray there would be no way to determine though.

don't know but 5'9-5'10 is about the perfect height for a girl IMO.. with long legs, and wide hips... Yum! built like a horse is how I like 'em
