You'll defiantly get into a community college but probably not a university unless you have a very respectable background like a strong involvement with clubs and school activities. But even with that, it'll still be very difficult to get into a good university with a 2.0 GPA; but don't worry, many students, who worked hard, transfer from community college to a 4-year university so you still have a chance in getting into a college of your choice as a transfer student.

To get into a university with a low gpa you would have to do a 360 degree turn on the ACT/SAT to get you in. But you shouldn't rule it out, sometimes you fall or stumble, but you can always get back up. For someone like you I would suggest looking at this website that targets a low gpa to get into college.
It's certainly not the end of the world.

Getting into a state college or university depends on more than just your gpa alone. Typically, these institutions want the potential students to have a gpa of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, high SAT and/or ACT score and show leadership skills through sports and other extracurricular activities.
You should try to raise your gpa in the next half of the school year and see if you can get it up to a 3.0. If not, you might be better off attending a community college for at least one semester before applying to the university. Community colleges hold an open door policy- open enrollment. Anyone that applies gets accepted, unless they have a terrible criminal history of violent crimes. If you do well in community college, you can transfer just that transcript to the university and that is all they have to base your grades off of, so it works to your advantage. Plus, community college is about half the price of tuition at state college or university. These schools are not bad at all!

It's possible, but realize that college is not like high school. 2.0 isn't very good and college work is a lot more demanding. If you really desire to go to college, I'd say apply and see what happens. If it doesn't work out, don't hesitate to get into a community college. They aren't very selective and are fairly inexpensive in comparison to 4 yr college/universities.

I dated a college boy when I was 15.. so no I wouldn't find it creepy. I was much more mature then Highschool boys back then. My advice to you though is wait till you make sure she is 18. There has been alot of Rape cases similiar to where one of the couple is 20 and the other is 17... so be very careful.

Try going to a Community college for a year or a semester, then acing its classes so that you can transfer to the school that you really want to go to. It's cheaper that way, too.

I'd suggest you apply to a community college. They are more likely to give you a chance.

Look into your local community colleges, then work your butt off to bring up your GPA.

unless you have an incredibly high SAT, you should go to Community College first, where you will have to get like a 3.2 or something, then you can transfer to 4 year university. i did the same thing. got a BA from UCSB.
