I have a large assortment of special needs rabbits. The newest to my rescue is a rabbit with a bad eye. The eye has to be removed. When people first see the eye, even after being warned they just are rude and say "I cant believe you look at that eye, its just nasty" and other mean and horrible things. As far as I'm concerned, if someone doesn't like one of my animals, Its going to be REALLY hard to get along with me personally. No animal to me is ugly, and bengal cats are beautiful. I have no idea why someone would say such an awful thing.

I've been doing rescue work with animals for a very long time...from domestics to exotics...from pit bulls and kittens, to birds and snakes. The meanest (their nature) has been the hamsters. Not another animal have ever thrown themselves on their backs and screamed like a tiny enraged woman like the abandoned hamsters I had taken in. They are not mean intentionally, but they do have naturally nasty dispositions if not socialized properly - and of the 9 I had taken in - 2 were not handleable...at all.

I used to have a Shetland pony, called Rossy. He wasn't only mean, but very annoying!
He was the monster of the stables, and when horses had to walk by his stall, they'd canter along!
He was a biter and wanted everything for himself. I couldn't go ride together with somebody, coz he wouldn't stop bucking at the other horse. One time he bit a little boy right between his legs! He used to escape from his stall and free all the other horses. He passed that habit on to my recent pony.
He always tried to eat your clothes. He was just evil!

Cat. They are the sweetest AND the meanest. One moment they cuddle with you the other moment they CLAW and run away from you for no reasons.

When I was a kid, we had a puppy named "Boomer" who was only 18 weeks old when we got him. He was a Wolf/Shepard mix.....And he was EVIL!
He tried to eat every-ones pants leg, while they were still in the Pants!
He also ended up eating his food bowl. This pup was just plain MEAN.
When Boomer was 10 months old he was so mean, we ended up giving him to my Dad's friend (who had an auto impound yard) where the dog lived to a ripe old age of 17 before he passed away....He never got better with the aggression even after he was "fixed", but my Dad's friend was able to feed him without being attacked.

My 2 rats - I've had dogs, guinea pigs, hedgehogs, rabbits, chameleons, cats and fish but the rats were the only ones that bit. And they bit HARD!
It is weird because rats are so hugely recommended.
