Multivitamins don't interfere with other meds. If you eat a normal diet, vitamins are a waste of money.

If the doctor who prescribed the Zoloft knew about the blood pressure meds and vice versa, then safe. If concerned, ask your pharmacist.

You are right to be concerned. It sounds like the medication he's on is not adequately controlling his blood pressure. Blurring of vision and severe headaches can be signs of an impending stroke. If you're giving him nitroglycerine, I'm assuming its for chest pain? If so, then he has something wrong with his heart as well. He needs to see another doctor if the first one is not addressing this. He needs medication adjustment and evaluation of his other problems. If he experiences a severe headache with blurred vision, he needs to go to the Emergency room right away. Is he having any other symptoms such as slurred speech, facial drooping, or weakness in his arms or legs? Make sure you take all his meds with you when you see the doctor. Write everything down ahead of time that you want the doctor to know, or that you want to ask so you don't forget anything when you're there. I hope this helps.
