It is simple, as difficult as it is to actually go 16-0, I could not help but be a humbled individual. I think it is all about one's personality though and how they react to certain occurances. As an example, the Cowboys are 13-3, I would never dream to go around tooting the horn of a team that hasnt done much beyond the 70's and the 90's, granted that is way different then being 16-0, but my point is a SB win solidfies pretty much everything, cuz without the ring it is pretty much a wasted effort. Teams take the field to win the SB. That is why the game is played, to crown a champion. Nothing is won in the regular season, as my Mavericks found out, being the best in regular season is meaningless. It is though, an incredible accomplishment, one in which we may never see again. Let me ask this question? Beyond this recent run of championships for the Pats, what has the team done, besides get blown out in a SB back in the 80's? I know this is a favorite come back to Cowboy fan's, "living in the past" they say, but without a past there is no path to a future. So, I take it with a grain of salt, I enjoy it, yet knowing that it can easily be gone tomorrow, I do not take it for granted. Humble is the key word, I was taught that early on in life. Do NE players not have t-shirts saying "Humble Pie" on it? Maybe a few of their fans should invest! Remember, in todays game it is not forever! It will bite you in the *** just as quick as it happend!

The NFL does not rig it's games it doesn't need to. The Patriot's got caught with the camera in the first game and ran the table unable to use that illegal advantage both in the first game and the rest of the season. I sure that a few other teams are filming the sidelines still. Maybe Philly taped the Pats is there game and passed the tape over to Baltimore and the Giants.

I just love getting on here and hearing people cry about spilled milk. The Pats didn't get to where they are today by having favors done for them. I think that all the hype in the previous week leading up to last nights game made it possible for both teams to get away with some calls that maybe in any other game should have been called. But all you Pats haters will never be OK with this team, because it is always natural thruout history that most people like to hate on the team that is always winning. Just sit back, watch the playoffs and enjoy good football, cause you can't change the record books.

I don't think the NFL is rigged, but the Pats did get some fortunate breaks. Every team in the league can get those breaks though, the pats just seem to make the most of them, which makes them a good team. This is not a perfect season yet tho. This is a great accomplishment, but will be looked upon as the "Tiger" Slam of football. It won't count in America's minds because someone did it better

Puhlease!
I'm not a Patriots fan but the idea that they were the only ones "cheating" is ridiculous. It also doesn't mean they didn't still have to play and win the games on the field. Even if you accept the idea that somehow the wins before the cheating was discovered were tainted you have a hard time explaining all the ones afterwards including the excellent game last night.
It is people jealous of their success that keep bringing that up and the "officials are on their side" is the cry of every sore loser in the history of sports.

I'm not gonna say its the MAIN reason they're 16-0 because u have to have tremendous talent on a team just to win 14 games, let alone 16. That being said....there has been some questionable officiating this season for the Pats, notice how long it took the refs to throw a flag on Wilfork for sticking his finger in Jacobs helmet while Bryant Gumble goes "I think it was an intent to annoy"....WHAT?! Gumble, u suck @$S.....
The NFL isn't RIGGED but the fact that Goodell let the Pats off with a handslap at the beginning of the year, we didn't see the other footage confiscated from their facilities and people had been complaining about their tactics for years makes u wonder....

Ive always wondered how many NFL games are rigged before the game even starts. Ive seen to many games this year where the penalized team shouldn't even got penalized at all. The refs must have their own favorite teams that they are going to help out. Yes the Pats got caught cheating this year too and no they shouldn't be 16 and 0 at all. The game that they got caught cheating on they should forfeit that game.New England is just an over rated team.

Look, there's the black helicopter leaving Giants Stadium.
I wish you would explain why its rigged? If the NFL was rigged then there would still be a team in Los Angeles.

Very possible!! After last night's game, it really does make you wonder. How (why) did the Giants lay down and die the way they did in the last 4:36 of the game? Why did the NFL decide to air this particular game when they wouldn't air any other game? (that ALL NFL fans really wanted to see) What's with some of those pitiful calls made? Was this all pre-arranged? Talk about things that make you go "Hmmmmmmmm"...
