Apart from the obvious FIRE-RELATED concerns, I would say arterial clogging and heart failure.

If using gas, be careful when lighting, keep your face back from the flame when it ignites. All ways clean your grill before cooking. There will be some residue left from last cook out. Keep a eye on the dogs!! If using charcoal, same thing, keep your face away from the coal when lighting. Don't burn the hands picking up the cover. Good cooking!

Just make sure that the meat gets done on the inside.
