Take her on a field trip to the glue factory, or show her where they make dog food and baseballs.
If you really were the Alpha, you wouldn't be asking other people (or animals) how to do it.

Start off by working in a small pen or arena, so they won't be a lot of other discrations. Work on basic leading and getting her to move over. When leading she needs to step right off and be left behind. Your body should be between her head and shoulder. If her head behind she is not stepping up. You can take a long dressage whip or short lunge line, When she doesn't step off take the whip that is in your off hand and trap her back leg to get her to step forward. BUt make sure you are still facign the direction you want to got.
AS for when she pulls toward teh grass. DO NOt get in to a pulling match. She will win. Instead gice her slack in th eline than a jerk. This prevents her from bracing. You may need to do it several times, before she responds. You alos want to do this as soon as she THINKS about the grass. By the time her body gets turned you will be in for a struggle. If you get her head keep in the direction of travel it will make your live easier.

I'm guessing this is the horse you lease........

try bringing a long dressage whip into the field with you...and if she won't come.......tickle her legs with it......as your actual problem seems to be that she is dragging you and trying to pull your arm out of its socket.....

try bringing the bridle into the field and putting it on her........... so you will have more control.......................
