lol I might in fact have to say Gemma and Lauren, if only because my name is Jemma. But really, I think Gemma is a cute name (spelled correctly - my parents unfortunately thought having a family of J names would be cute >< thank you for not following in their footsteps!), and it really fits well with Lauren. I actually prefer Laurel, though, but only because Lauren is so popular. Either way, it's a great combination. My second favorite combination would be Lindsay and Anna - both are beautiful names that also work really well together. The others, though also good names, are just too similar to each other for me - Erin and Anna have really similar n sounds, for example, and Erin and Lauren have the same problem.
For a boy, I LOVE Caleb and Liam! They're two of my favorite names lol. I also like Miles and Caleb, but I actually like it Milo and Caleb instead. Once again, I really do like the other combinations, just not as much as those two. Oh, but I don't think I'd use the name Ryan at all - it's masculine and strong, but it's just a bit dated (very '90's to me) and too overused. Zachary is probably just as popular, but I think it's a bit more timeless than Ryan - a Zach in ten years will sound just as good as a Zach born now, whereas a Ryan born then might sound weird and off considering how many were born a couple years ago.
For g/b twins (which would be awesome; you'd have one of each lol), I love either Caleb and Erin or Liam and Anna - though I might actually side more with Liam and Anna, since both are just a bit higher on my list of favorite names lol. Zachary and Lindsay are cute, but I think Liam and Anna sound better together, and then you've already read what I have to say about Ryan lol. Abby is a really pretty name, but more so for a nickname - Abigail, or something. If you're looking for something with Gemma, what about Milo, or even Oliver, Aidan, Drake, Marcus/Marco, Caleb, Nicholas, Harry, Henry, or William? Just a thought lol. Try www.nymbler.com, if you're still looking for more names to go with Gemma (it will give you suggestions based on Gemma's style, if that's the name you type in).
Good luck and congrats!!

Girl/Girl I prefer Lindsey & Lauren
Boy/Boy I prefer Caleb & Zachary
Girl/Boy Zachary & Lindsey & Ryan & Abby (Abigail)
Maybe the children can pick out names, That would be something special that they could do, since you are one big family, I would include them in on this...
Congrats: Hope you have time to spend with all of these children... Since your a teacher & your hubby a doctor I know that you have the money, but I hope you & your husband have the time. Being a teacher does give you time off during holidays & the summer, that's wonderful that you have that precious time with them. They need the attention of their parents & their parents love, full time. Not the love from a nanny. Loving them is more important then all the money in the world...
God Bless you & your little miracles...

With Michael Everett, Katharine Isabel, Haylie Rose, Joshua Nicholas, Corey Sebastian, Christopher Nathaniel, Natalie Ruth, Jacob Matthew, Clara Olivia and Caden Benjamin (whew! LOL), my favorites would be ...
Gemma and Lauren
*** LOVE this set! ;) Classic, not completely expected and not at all similar to one another OR your other children's names. Quite a tall order, and you've accomplished it perfectly!
Liam and Ryan
*** I actually love Miles and Caleb, but since Miles is often considered to stem from Michael (your oldest son) and you already have a plethora of K-sound names -- Caden, Clara (love, by the way!), Christopher, Corey and Katharine -- I'd likely avoid adding Caleb to the mix, handsome as it is. ;) Therefore, Liam and Ryan (my second favorites) seem to work best with the sibs' names.
Liam and Gemma! ;)
*** I'm thinking the prominent M sounds might have kept you from pairing these two, but while I strongly dislike matchy twin names as well, I don't find these to be problematic. Actually quite a lovely, British feel, to be honest. ;) Of course, you could do slightly more distinct-sounding William and Gemma, with Liam as a nickname, if you really want to avoid that. But it's only a slight difference, and I think Liam and Gemma are equally fine together, personally. Or of course, there's always similar, but no M-sound, Leo (Gemma and Leo would be wonderful)! ;)
Of the boy/girl combos already paired, Liam and Anna would be my next choice.
Hope that helps. Great names, by the way!

I like Lindsay and Abby for girls, Ryan and Caleb (although I would spell Caleb with a K) for boys, and Caleb and Erin for one of each.

For girl/girl, I like Gemma and Anna together, but they might sound too close.
For boy/boy, I like Caleb and Liam best. They're classic and sound really nice together.
For girl/boy, I like Caleb and Anna, and Liam and Gemma.
Some more ideas for you:
Fiona and Gemma
Danica and Stella
Lucy and Anna
Caleb and Henry
Gavin and Liam
Thomas and James
Caleb and Petra
Hector and Ella
Brennan and Danica
I love Thomas as a middle name for a boy, because it means 'twin'.
