Well this is the easy/semi-hard way. If you have the internet on your PSP then just go to the macromedia site and download it from there.

first you have to have it hooked up to the Internet. then you have to go to settings, select enable flash player. then just go through the user agreements and stuff then it should be ready for you to use.
