After a while on the computer, my neck and back ache. Where should my head be in relation to the monitor? Right now I'm looking down at about 20 degrees.

Hi, directly in front of you at eye-level is ideal.

Hi. I keep the monitor so the top of the screen is at eye level. This way you look down but no so far as to stress your neck. Works for me.
