Everything was ok with my car until this morning that I tried to start the engine but it didnt let me and "check fuel cap" turned on. I checked it but it was tightened and everything is ok with the cap, but it still doesn't let me turn on the engine. please help me

Play with the fuel cap again. If that doesn't work, disconnect the battery a for a few minutes. When you reconnect the battery the settings should be reset, and hopefully the car will start.

reset your computer by disconnecting the battery for about 10 seconds. then try again
