I would repeal all laws against victimless crimes. This would legalize all drugs, and treat them like cigarettes. Because Nothing should be illegal that does not take life, liberty or property from someone else.

I would appoint a 10th Amendment Commission that would eliminate federal programs that are not specific authorized by the constitution. This will drastically cut Government spending, eliminating all entitlement programs, and most executive departments.

To ensure these programs never come back I will ban earmarks on bills and require a statement be added to every spending bill that states that everyone who votes for the bill thinks that everything in it is so important that the government needs to take the peoples money by force to do it.

I would enact the Fair Tax, the national sales tax that would replace all other federal taxes and repeal the 16th amendment that allows an income tax (originally Illegal). This will boost the economy in ways that can only be explained in "The Fair Tax Book" by Neal Boortz.

I would enact the Balanced Budget Amendment to Stop deficit spending.

I would Repeal the 17th amendment while I'm at it, this would allow the states to choose their senators in any matter they choose so the states will have some say in Washington again.

I would remove all federal regulations on insurance companies that dictate what they will cover and not cover, I will also take away all incentives for companies to give coverage for medical. This will encourage a competitive market place and soon it would be just like car insurance where the individual picks their company.

As for the Super Bowl, The government should not interfere with a business except to arbitrate a breach in contract no money should be given to a business unless they are preforming a service for the government. I would not even call the winning team.

Well i would defanitly put stricter policies on immagration, and allow for us to punish any illeagal immagrants who commit a crime on our soil, health care should be provided by the government for families with an imcome bracket that labels them middle class or lower, bring our jobs back home by eliminating nafta, regulating greedy unions, putting strict policies on major corperations, and raising the minimum wage bracket to fair amount to compensate for average cost of living as well as making it affective in all forms of employment, to include jobs at some resteraunts where waiters actually get less than minimum wage due to the loopholes such as using employees can get tips excuse to pay them any less, it would also help for the government to step in and put a stop to unfair standards some companies hold to prevent otherwise well qualified candidates from getting hired, i hardly think a persons credit history will always be a good judge of his or hers character considering bad things happen to all of us, put stricter laws on henious crimes and crimanals such as petephiles, kidnappers, rapist, hate crimes and ect. leagalize weed and tax and regulate it just as the government does alcohol, im sure our country would make allot more tax dollars if they did, and as for the super bowl, i would keep it the same of course, but make the day of the super bowl sort of like a holiday and no one works the day after and as for the welfare, any one who doesnt have a job at the time that is collecting welfare, unemployment and so fourth, should do manditory volenteer services to make up for the tax payers mony being used on these individuals, however i do understand some people do work and collect welfare because of thier income, so thats why i feel that businesses and corperations should pay more and provide more steady hours for those who choose to work full time, i noticed places like walmart will hire thier employees who have a desire to work full time, but will bounce people around from shift to shift on a daily basis and give employees a random amount of hours every week, which is unfair for an individual who chooses to take the most degrading job vs use the tax payers mony to live off of, so all in all, in my world if an individual needs or wants to collect welfare, they should have no problem being un employed, recieve enough to support themselves and do a little volenteer work in return.
Pleas excuse my spelling, but the spell checker is a piece of **** and the damn thing just keeps spinning.

Increase funding to double our armed forces...we're at war, remember.
Fifth
Expand the Surge and cleanout all the terrorists in Iraq in one week
Sixth:
Sign an executive order banning steriods in sports and making it a federal crime to use steriods without a perscription from a real doctor.
seventh:
Issue and order for the 4th, 5th, 6th, and seventh fleets to head for the Persin gulf and give Iran 24 hrs to agree to open inspections of Nuke plants or face the music

Finally, Id' think about the set of Executive orders Id sign on day two of my administration

I would do exactly what Candidate for President, Representative Dr. Ron Paul, has proposed, that is, return the federal government to act within only its delegated powers of the Constitution.
