Sorry to hear that Roz. I had moments of sadness during the holidays. Especially when thinking of loved ones that have passed on, some I still miss a great deal. This was my first Christmas with just me and my kids, that was a little tough. Sleeping alone during the holidays bites. My kids made my Christmas special and without them it would have been very sad indeed.

I can't understand from that point but yes I do get sad over the holidays because I remember how it was when I was younger and now my family is split apart and I live in Kentucky and the people whom I truly care about are in Michigan. The only ones down here with me are my mom and my boyfriend. I miss Michigan and all the rest of my friends and family!!!!!

Of course. Tons of people. Suicides run rampant during the holidays. I lost my mother and grandmother at christmas time and my remaining family are cold and distant. I dont relish the holidays either.
Think about it this way. You have family that care enough about you to be present and give you a gift. Thats something.
Try to celebrate the real reason for the season.

properly, the way i glance at it, it purely ability we are actually slightly closer to heat climate. To me, Christmas is the halfway mark for the chilly season that I hate plenty and it ability now may be the time to start engaged on getting back in shape for shorts, skirts, and swim fits. Christmas and the trip trips are wonderful, yet whilst that's throughout then you understand you have have been given the summer to watch for.

A lot of peoples' moods fluctuate depending on the season. Last winter was bad for me. Maybe you should try talking to your parents more, or telling them about things you like. I'm not trying to say you don't do these things at all. Also, try spending more time with your friends, friends who know who you are and what you like. That always helps me.

Oh, babs, sorry to hear that. I live alone, but I had a very enjoyable Holiday.

Don't compare yourself to others, just be yourself. Do things that make YOU happy. Go shopping, that always makes me happy.
