This is a hot topic in Canada right now not zapping children but the use of the stun gun by the cops I don't know if you heard about them killing a guy at the airport for no other reason then the guy couldn't speak English and the security guys kept saying he's Russian which he wasn't. 5 cops and one guy with no weapon.
