because hes fued with rey finished and vince thinks chavo is to good to hold the cw title so hes giving hima push by making him feud with with the ecw champion and maybe make him win the title

1) ecw and smackdown tape at the same events
2 ) only person left for chavo to fued with thats in same weight class ( helms hurt , hardy hurt ) and him and wang and myserio has been done already.
3) they need better quality championship fueds in ecw , i mean all thats there thats champ material is morrison and
thats been done to death . maybe trying to bring in some smackdown fans to ecw to for ratings.

ECW has realy good fights. its only boring because its full of losers LOL cm punk n morrison are both good tho.. i too used to think ecw was lame but its good it just needs better wrestlers
