how do you change the time on the clock of a 2003 eclipse?

it displays the radio stations and such but i cant change the time of the clock, and the knobs next to it dont work!
help me plzzz!

If it's a stock radio, there should be a clock button on the radio that you push while the radio is on to change to the set mode. I believe one of the station buttons controls the hour and minutes after getting into the clock mode.
