She's having unprotected sex mostly with 2-3 strangers everyday on the streets and at home while her husband is out working. Her husband caught her a number of times inviting men to come with her. He still hopes that therapies would heal his wife and still lives with her no matter how heartbreaking the situation is.

if you're the husband would you be as patient as him or filed a divorce a long time ago?

I have a very tough time making the connection between a physical injury and a complete lack of sexual morality. It sounds way too fishy to me. I know for certain I can't continue having sex with her. I don't think I could be patient with that as I don't really buy into the idea that such a condition could be caused solely from a head injury. Maybe its an aggravating factor, but there are definitely some underlying moral issues there that will make marraige very impractical for her and a heartbreak for him.

I would try to be as patient. How about the guy who had a crowbar through his skull and documentedly went from a responsible upright father to an aggressive unreliable loony. I believe his was the case that helped the Docs first figure out where in the brain inhibitions operate.

If I were the husband, I would be as patient. There are plenty of documented cases of brain damage removing inhibitions. He loves her and I can understand his not wanting to abandon her no matter how embarrassing her condition was.

As a practical matter, the settlement on this is going to be HUGE. And filing for divorce would cut him out of it.

I don't know I hope it never happens to me,
because I love her a lot, it would be hard to let her go,

anyways why he does not get like a woman to watch over her
to not to let her out of the house,
if he knew her situation, I think he likes to be cheat on,
or he was cheatting on her, that's why he does not care,
maybe he feels guilty,

Commit her to a hospital for safety and treatment for her brain damage and so she wont contract a STD or AIDS. If she refuses to go, then I would divorce her immediately. Illness or not, I will NOT stay with a woman WHO is breaking my heart and refusing to get help for it. Period.

That is a messed up situation so I don't know how I would react! I know some guys that would love to give their wives a little bang on the head to get a fraction of that reaction!

I would probably be as patient, so long as she used protection and my child's safety wasn't compromised (which I believe it would be by having strangers come to our house).

She would be institutionalized until cured. Can't believe this lady is still running around loose, no pun intended ;)

either she just wants attention and your not giving it to her in the way she feels she needs, or she has gone slightly kooky and needs help, in which case you should help her, as a good hubby, and then, if nothing chages with either of you, i would say you should file for divorce.
good luck!
