yes,
there is a small chain of restaurants where i am from that sell a dessert like that.
it's on a fried tortilla, with apple pie filling, shredded cheddar, and cinnamon.

I have certainly eaten apple pie with cheddar cheese....I am not sure about cinnamon sauce....it sounds good, though!

No. I never could understand the cheese with apple pie thing. It just sounds nasty to me.
I love cheese & I love apple pie, but they don't mix.
