How come Nero Cracked programs Don't work with 64 bit X2 Dual core Processors?

My Computer then causes, windows to give a 'Starting Error'.

More details to come.
Version, programs this happens for and such, just wondering if this is the norm for a 64bit user?

no this is not the norm.

Most programs will work on 64bit processorrs.

64 bit processors can run in 32bit mode as well to run older software.
This sounds more like a bug in nero. contact nero support and submit them a bug report
