I am planning to apply to several universities in UK, in the field of Communication studies. I can ask my Psychology or English teachers or the deputy headmaster. I can submit only a recommendation letter, so I have to decide soon.

Ask the one who knows you best and can best speak positively and personally about your work. As an administrator, I would much rather hear from the person who can speak to specific incidents demonstrating your approach to learning, rather than the one who would generally report on your marks (which I can read from the transcripts anyway).

I would go with your English teacher. Using your English teacher for a recommendation works for almost any field, especially when it deals with, you guessed it, communications. Best of luck to you on your application.
