Astrology is not nonsense. Fact is, there's a lot more to it than just the 12 zodiac signs that you're familiar with. What you would call the "birth sign" is only where the Sun was on the day of your birth. Every other planet in the Solar System, as well as Earth's Moon, was also in one of those 12 signs on the day of your birth. Add in the time and place of birth, and you end up with a birth chart. With all those factored in, an astrology chart won't be exactly duplicated for thousands of years or more!
As an astrologer myself, I don't feel we can predict specific events, but rather the general themes that will be in play. Every astrological aspect can play out in many different ways, but it will still stick to the basic theme of the planets and signs involved.
In the case of 9/11, some astrologers did predict some kind of upset in September of 2001. But the specific event was a lot easier to find in hindsight: most of them are. One of the biggest triggers was Saturn in Gemini opposing Pluto in Sagittarius. Now did everyone who died in this tragedy have a chart connection to Saturn & Pluto? Maybe not, we have no way of knowing. But everybody in the world had that opposition happening somewhere in their charts. And that opposition took place right on an important angle of the birth chart of the United States!
So was it "fate" for anyone to die that day? No. But the fact that our country was attacked was clearly shown in the US charts, almost literally if you know the meaning of Saturn in Gemini and Pluto in Sagittarius.
Before anyone dismisses astrology as nonsense, they need to learn what astrolgy actually is. Horoscope columns in a newspaper are only the tip of the iceberg.

Yes, all the people who died on 9/11 were also born on the same day. This includes the people in NYC, D.C. and Pennsylvania....and the terrorists themselves.
Ironically, all of the people throughout the world who died that day also shared the same birthdates and signs.
Coincidence??? I think not.

I do not know, but you could likely research this fact if you would like. It seems nearly impossible statistically to have had that many people have the same birth sign, but stranger things have happened.

they probably didnt have the same birth sign... but it's possible that it was in their individual charts which is dictated by the date of birth and exact time, most likely.

So, what you're basically saying here is that you don't have a valid question to post on yahoo!answers, but that you worded it appropriately to seem like one, then used it as a forum to give your unsolicited opinion.
Yep. That about sums it up.
Go play on another field. Cheeseball isn't played here.

That would have been statistically impossible, nothing could have predicted it.
