If you're local to a Lowes, or HD and take your measurments of the space, you'll better know what's available and different styles perhaps.

Beyond that, my suggestion is to buy them with both a header track, and floor track, for stability.

Easy is probably relative. Assuming you can measure, use a cordless drill with a screw driver bit, and what surfaces you have to attach to, you'll probably be fine.

Years ago I replaced sliding closet doors with bifolds. I liked the idea that I could open the doors and see everything. Plus, they looked nice. Here was the huge problem: my closets were not made with any sort of a standard sized opening (the house is 60 years old). So no ready-made bifold doors fit. That required a lot of cutting and adding spacers to the sides. It became a burden but I did manage to install 4 sets.
We remodeled our house last year and I had the bifolds replaced with new ones. Note I said "I had them replaced". I decided this time to save the frustration and let a professional do the cutting and spacing. Despite small gaps at the top (the walls are not plumb and the openings not the same height all across) the doors look great. Good luck!

Assuming that you are measuring and existing (finished)opening, 80" is a standard height for a door but the 67 1/2" will be a problem if you are looking for an 'off the shelf' door kit. Lowes has bifold kits ready to install but not in the width you require. You may need to order a custom set to fit the opening size.

The width sounds a little wide for a standard bifold door, however the height concerns me a little.

The standard height for any door rough opening is 83" (that is what it should be). I am guessing that your house has got some age to it. I think that your best bet is go to your local lumber yard (NOT lowes or home depot) and tell them what you have they will have more of a selection to choose from and, the people that work there will be able to help.

Also if you did not feel comfortable doing this one yourself they will be able to give you a good reference for some one who can.

I am bothered by your measurements . . . what do they represent?

There are rough measurements
There are finish measurements

In this instance (doors) a rough measurement has to do with the opening and how a 'unit' or 'pre-hung' unit will fit - this allows for shimming and door trim and all those needs.

In this instance (doors) a finish measurement has to do with how a door fits into a jamb that already exists.

Which do you have?

It is good to take pictures of your opening with you when you go to Home Depot or Lowe's - pictures that show "what is there."

In my area (Houston, TX) I go to a more old fashioned lumber yard or I go to a supply house to get a better door - we have a lot of Home Depots, and Lowes . . . but it is hard to get a quality door if you don't know what you are looking at . . .

As always . . . when hiring someone, ONLY use people that YOU HAVE SEEN their work at your friends house . . . even the 'big box' stores use subcontractors and have NEVER seen their work!! why? I have no idea . . . $? most likely . . .

I think some of it is determined by how often you will be using the door. Bi-fold doors are notorious for coming off their track and sticking (especially on carpet). If it is a door that won't get a lot of use and you don't have small kids who will have a difficult time with them, they are all right, but I don't think I would put them in if I had the option.
