Will there be a time where web users can trust the internet to the full extent and is there a way towards achieving total reliance and assurance in the world wide web?

no. as long as people have their personal information out there, somebody somewhere is gonna try to find it. Especially as thing s get more and more automated, there will be fewer and fewer people actively involved with securing the networks, which will result in more stolen information.

No there will never be a time when web users are going to trust the internet to the full extent as it becomes more troublesome as we have total reliance on the web.

I think it needs to be reworded because you're asking the same question twice. I wouldn't do a dissertation on that anyway because the obvious answer is no, and I don't see how you can defend it.

no cos hackers r increasing and stupid people r falling for scams which put keyloggers on their computers and people keep wondering why they are getting hacked, also there are heaps of guides about hacking all sorts of programs which makes hacking extremely easy
