dutch dash?

Question

where is the best place to go on a dutch dash. ive been to amsterdam but wondered about bruge and rotterdam? im 20 incase it makes a difference. any thoughts? cheers xx

Depends on what you want,I've been to all three,I wouldn't go back to Rotterdam again I found it dirty and not particularly welcoming,it's OK if you just want shops but even most of them didn't open till noon.
Amsterdam is good if you want plenty of bars but you already know that.
Brugge is a beautiful city and it's people very welcoming,lots of good restaurants and friendly bars,it's crammed full of history and fantastic buildings,good shops too if that's what you want,we're going back there again in march.
I don't know how your getting there but if your anywhere near Hull check out p & o they are doing pay for one and the other goes free.

Amsterdam is a cool place to be..trust me. Rotterdam is nice if you want to go out but Rotterdam is our industrial port too. Brugge is in Belgium...nothing wrong with that. Nice city as well.

Groningen, in the North-East of the country. Friendly little city, with great street markets. Terrific night life too, as it's a university city.

Utrecht, It is only about 25 minutes from Schiphol International Airport by car. The city is a unique attraction because no where else in the world are quaysides located directly on the water. This town is an awesome town it is a college town with a lot of young people alot of international students and pretty much there's a lot of clubs, pubs, etc.

Amersfoort is a middlelarge town in the center of The Netherlands. It is known for its modern architecture in the suburbs. Definitely worth a visit.
But the city center is very old and interesting too.
