I want to put a video onto my PSP and have found out that PSP only uses .MGV (the only bloody file type no one has heared of). I tryed to use Zam Zar (I usally use that for file conversions) but it dosnt support .MGV. I dont want to download software and dont want to pay either. Please help. Thanks.

Well, with the limitations you put on, the only remaining choice is to upload to a free site that will do the conversion and make it available for download. I was going to recommend Switch as a possibility.
If you give up on the not downloading try
