I've been designing custom greeting cards for a while now to sell and need a new site to get them printed from. I don't want to upload a single picture then just customize borders and text, etc., I want to be able to upload a .jpg that is a completly original design. I'm fairly computer savy so I don't need a user friendly or walk-through type site. I want good quality and the ablity to print small amount of greeting cards-- anywhere from 10 to 50 cards at a time (that being the hardest part as most sites have a minimum of 1,000 cards). I've used overnightprints.com before but while their post cards are wonderful, their greeting cards seem flimsy.

I'd love to hear recommendations and any past experiences you've had.

Have you tried a printing shop in your city? They can do things off CD or disk and have no minimum requirements. Laser photocopy (color) is available at all of them now. Their prices vary, so call around. PIP Printing and Econoprint are good to use at the low end of the spectrum.

If you want REALLY low cost, try Office Depot. They'll use card stock on these though, they don't have slick card stock if you wanted all the bells and whistles.

There used to be one called E-Greetings. The only one I can think of and I am not sure if it's what you are looking for is American Greetings. by the way. I have not been able to get blue mountain cards to work on my computer. for some reason it always messes up. I have a few sites like that. I can select a card, but once I try to add a message or even look at it my browser freezes up. It happens EVERY time.
