Well, my kids took all the left overs, which was fine. They love my ham.
My hubby and I have been having simple meals, because after doing ALL the cooking, I don't want to touch a stove for a while. I don't even want to go into the kitchen!

Not a thing yet, I am just about to go to brunch where I will have roasted root vegetables: sweet potatoes, beets, parsnips, golden potatoes, roasted garlic and whatever else there is from the garden; blueberry waffles with maple syrup; and whatever else looks good on the menu, plus a vanilla cappucino with chocolate shavings on top.

See ya later!

Later: coconut pancakes w/ figs and maple syrup, and garbanzo beans and onion casserole! Zuchini in the roasted potatoes. MMMMMmmmmm

Slept late today. I have only had 4 cookies and a cup of coffee. My favorite meal since xmas has been chicken alfredo and texas toast.

Haven't actually eaten today yet, but as we had duck at Christmas, there wasn't any left. I've just roasted a chicken and we're going to have that later with a load of chips (real ones, not oven rubbish!) and pickles ! ! !

I fixed a beef tip roast, potatoes and carrots in the crockpot. It was pretty yummy. I am getting ready to turn it into vegetable soup for this week.
