I sent an email to my boss telling her I was resigning. At first my boss told me she had informed her taxman to stop payment to me after the two week notice period..., but then she immediately asked me to reconsider, to not hand in my letter of resignation and to continue working for her. So, I decided not to resign and went back to work as though nothing had happened. What happened to my contract? Did I continue working under the same contract, or did I continue working with no contract?

Going by what you have stated, you are under the same contract. It is like nothing ever happened.

IMO the same contract. Your boss did not accept the resignation, and you withdrew it, so nothing really happened, contractually.
