I have been so good this holiday about eating healthy and avoiding snacks. BUT, I have been craving fresh hot glazed donuts from Krispy Kreme for weeks now. I have even dreamed of them. I know it sounds silly, but I just HAVE to have one or more.

The Proposed Experiment:
I think I could possibly consume 6 in one sitting , but don't know if I can eat 12. Should I see if it is humanly possible for me to eat 12?
Should I stop at satifaction, or pig out and get it out of my system? OR, should I keep on avoiding them though they call out to my inner being?

You may answer as you wish, no offence will be taken. Please use child friendly vocabulary. (No ugly words please)

OMG! I love Krispy Kreme donuts. I swear there's got to be crack in them or something, they're so addictive. I've had about 3 or 4 in one sitting but 12? Honey, you're tummy is gonna be hurting! And to think of all that sugar in your body at once, surely you'll get sick to your stomach. But if I were you, I'd go ahead and indulge a little. I mean damn, you've been dreaming about these donuts you might as well, right?

I'd sooner eat the crud off the floor from Dunkin Donuts than the the best donut KK has to offer. With that said-- yes, I see what you mean. Their glazed donut tastes like a grease saturated, sugar coated sea sponge, but it's about the only one I could force myself to gag down without puking on the spot. Every other one tastes like some kind of made up chemistry experiment dipped in sugar.

I bet all the health benifits will be cancelled out by your binging now (and you where probably feeling miserable depriving yourself). So it would have been better for you to have one donut every few days to stop the cravings.

My rule is a 80%/20% : eat 80% healthy and 20% whatever else you want, but do this ALL the time. Your body can handle a little bit of junk, but it gets strained when you overwhelm it with junk all at once.

Personally I know I am in the minority here but I HATE Krispy Kreme donuts. But yeah why not just eat the 6 and leave it at that.

I also love them and eating 6 is no problem for me either. lol But I read a question on here yesterday that said Krispy Kreme donuts were having finiancial trouble and were not making them any more????? So you might not get your wish. So sorry.

I can't even eat a whole Krispy Kreme donut without getting sick. They seem like they're never done all the way.
