Also, They charged me with Hitch Hiking Failure to obey an officer of law or something like that. I can remember right now I just got up not to long ago.
But when i went to my Court Worker, She said it was the stupidest charge she had ever seen. So then i got them dropped. I got lucky that time.

you can video tape them, but if they are doing their job and you are trespassing, what exactly are you going to get justice from?

If you did not set yourself up as bait and solicited the arrest (which sounds unlikely from what you described) then it is perfectly legal, and what you recorded would be admissible in court as evidence.
In practice, filming the incident without attracting attention from cops would be difficult, as that would mean you would have to leave your video running all the time (even before the cops approach you). Instead, use the voice recorder function of your MP3 or mobile phone. It takes much less memory so that you can leave it on at all time.

Do you really think a cop is going to be afraid of you and your video camera?
Arrested for holding your board and walking? Had you previously been told by the property owner to stay off of his property? If so, you were trespassing.

No you legally cannot record someone without their consent. The only way you could do that is if you were in a public place where there isn't a reasonable expectation of privacy such as a street.
However, if you are on private property and are trespassing then you cannot, moreover if you are trespassing on private property you are already in violation of the law, so it really wouldn't matter.

It would be "admissable" in court. I have to think that you are trespassing and thats why you are getting thrown off of property. Had you just been evicted from the property for trespassing when the arrest occured?

Have courtesy and respect for the property owner and stop trespassing. My advise is to get written permission from the land owner to skate. This way you may produce the document to the officer as he makes his rounds keeping the community safe, clean, and secure from all manner of non-productive members of society.

It depends on local laws really. In general, if you are in public, like on the street, or in a car, or in a public building, than yes - you can record.
If you're in a privately owned building, than you can't legally record without consent.

Yes, it would be legal.
Please state the jurisdiction in which you were arrested for holding a skateboard and walking. That is not a crime anywhere in the United States.
