Think about this rationally for a minute--if sperm had that side effect, there's no way women would ever go near the stuff, is there?
The answer to your question is no.

Now, just stop and think about this for a minute........ does your palm have any hair growing in it? You've rubbed a LOT there and nothing has happened, has it? So why would you expect it to suddently cause hair to grow on your chest? Besides even if it did cause hair to grow on your chest, do you want to go around smelling like that? Growing hair on your chest is just a matter of time. Some grow it sooner than others but we all get some eventually. Just be patient.
Oh, and BTW, pulling your pud won't make you go blind or crazy either. So, Enjoy!!!

Not true at all. It will only make you sticky.
If you like the idea then you should do it anyway - it's probably fun even if it won't make you hairy.

I have oceanfront property in Arizona I would like to sell you if you believe that. It wont grow hair, but it does sound sort of kinky. What if someone told you it had to be someone elses sperm? Would you still do it?

Well, next time someone tells you something that sounds absolutely ridiculous, have them show you how it really works first before trying it yourself. In other words--NO.
