I'm trying to help come up with a baby name for this family. I came up with their last baby name: Ross. And the dad is Matt. So they want their second son to also have the same pattern. Whichever names in the list muster the most approval will get 10 points.

Not all names/forms I would use personally (quite unfortunate to feel restricted to such a "pattern," given that the child will have the name forever and all LOL), but here are a few.
Finn - easily my favorite with Celtic Ross. And it manages NOT to sound like a forced, nicknamey "four letter/double-letter-ending" as many of these would. ;)
Iann - I prefer Ian or Iain, myself, but this is a valid form
