In an introduction you need to tell them what your going to tell them and in a conclusion you need to tell them what you've told them. In between give them the salient points, facts, figures and arguements you need to. This is very much like a TV news bulletin. First they start by giving you a one liner about what's coming up then they tell you by detailed reports then they conclude by summarising what they have said.
I don't know whether you are in favour of using animal's skins for clothing or are not or whether you want to give a balanced view. However here are brief examples of an introduction and conclusion that you can adapt as necessary. personally I'm against un-necessary use. However, read on:-
Today I would like to talk to you about the use of animals' skins for the purpose of clothing. Practically there are two major reasons why the skins of animals are used for the purpose of making clothes, these being necessity and vanity. The first use is quite simple. There are parts of the world that are inhabited by people so poor that there is no alternative but for them to fashion their own clothes from the skins on animals they have hunted for food. The jungle Indians of South America are an example where animals such as monkeys can be used as food and their skins for clothing. The eskimoes who inhabit the Northern Polar region huind seals and pol;ar bears for food and also use their skins for clothing, a real need for them in order to keep warm. So these are necessary and legitimate uses of skins for clothing. The second, however, vanity, is, in my opinion, quite needless. This is where people wish to emulate the beautiful markings of certain animals by using their skins as fashion items. For example It takes the skins of dozens of mink to make jus one fur coat and, let's be fair, the fur looks far better on the animal than it does made into a coat for some van, preening and idiotic woman to wear in a sad attempt to look 'beautiful'. Now let's look at a few facts.
Right then. This is the bit where you put the body of your speech and facts figures and arguements for and against.
Now the conclusion:-
Right then, so there you have it, my presentation of the rights and wrongs of using animals skins for clothing. Now I am sure that we all accept that, as meat eating animals ourselves, it is necessary to use animals for food, after all the survival of the Human Race has depended on it for thousands of years. However can we really justify the farming of animals that cannot be used for food, mink, foxes and the like, just to satisfy the vanity of people? I have given you the facts and figures and you must judge for yourselves which side you support. Personally I am againsat it and although I respect the rifght of each and every one of you to agre or disagree with me I would hope that most, if not all of you, agree with me that the killng of animals purely to satisfy the fashion whims and demands of vain people can never be justified.
Thank you.

The inflation, unemployment and falling value of dollar are the main concern for our Government but authorities are just sleeping, they don’t want to face the fact. Media is also involve in it, they are force to stop showing the real economic situation to the people. I start getting more concern about my future as well as my family after watching the response of our Government for the people that affected by hurricane Katrina.
According to recent studies made by World Bank, the coming crisis will be far worse than initially predicted. So if you're already preparing for the crisis (or haven't started yet) make sure you watch this video at http://www.familysurvival.tv and discover the 4 BIG issues you'll have to deal with when the crisis hits, and how to solve them fast (before the disaster strikes your town!) without spending $1,000s on overrated items and useless survival books.

I believe that if you eat meat, and you do not use as many products from that animal as possible you are not showing respect for the animal's life. It is easy for non-vegans to judge other people badly, while not taking a responsible stand about their own consumption.
Personally, as a meat eater, I believe that it is important to know that each bite is provided for me through the death of another creature. So I have no problem with leather or fur of food animals, and wear leather and rabbit fur. Animals raised as a single use fur are another story.
I love animals, and especially my pets. But I don't believe that we should weep about Bambi and babe while chomping on a Big Mac.
