It seems like whatever I do, I am always losing. When I get in an argument, I lose. When I play a game, I lose. I have tried a different approach, ignoring it, but it only makes all my feelings worse. I just crawl into my shell like a defensless animal and feel awkward when I get yelled at. Then, I take anger out by getting mad at little tiny things. I feel the need to dominate weak things, I think this is because I don't feel at all powerful myself.

You seem to have low self esteem. Try to think of thing in which you excel (and don't downplay them). Be proud of your achievements.

The stick that stands straight and does not bend breaks in the wind, but the stick that is flexible, bends.
Be good and kind, even to those who hurt you. Try to put your efforts into DOING things and being successful rather than talking about things. What you do and accomplish is more important than what you say. When you are kind to people, it doesn't matter if you are right or wrong. What you do will be your credibility.
Listen more than you speak, and listen carefully. People who talk a lot eventually probably say things that are inconsistent and you could ask a question about it, rather than point it out which sounds like you are trying to prove them wrong.
Only talk about things you know something about.
You may be in a "crowd" where people are more interested in proving themselves right whether they are or not, and the loudest person is right. Maybe you fair poorly in that environment, but can't avoid it, so just learn to be quiet and avoid the fall out.

OK, first see why you're losing.
-Is it your fault?
_If yes, then accept that you losed.
_If not, then find a way around it.
Improve the less efficient factor that always keeps you from winning.

If you feel that you could have won but didn't then try again better.

Just justify whether it's your fault or not.
[but in everything you do, remember that somehow, IT'S ALWAYS YOUR FAULT so don't go on a blaming spree.]

Always be responsible of your actions and always keep an OPEN eye on whatever you do[can] good so you could excel.

Stop being such a *****. Stop listening to Dr. Laura and get out and do something with your life. You act like a weak person because you ARE a weak person.

Just win. Get up in the morning and do something for yourself........ Concentrate on making yourself attractive. Concentrate on your studies. Concentrate on being the best you there is. Pray to the lord, and meditate in the word.
