I've followed the setup instructions which are easy to follow ( I think). I've tried their website and called but just ended up on hold forever.
I simply can't get online through the router. I'm running WindowsXP.

HOLD the reset button on the back for 30 seconds. This sets the router to factory defaults.....then try again.

Not enough information. What's the symptoms? What's the error message?
Your best bet was to wait on hold like the rest of us....

have you unplugged the power to the modem for 3 minutes then plugged it back in ? and have you restarted your pc?
