well, ever since i've joined this forum, i feel that i've been getting more social, both online and in real life! hehe. and this is great entertainment during the holidays when i have nothing to do . . . i'm also grateful for all the friends i've met here, and for all the fans i've found that support the same clubs as i do! this forum has made me love football even more :D

Q: girls . . .

Well first of all, i've made many great friends that have really taught me to value online friendships! I've learned to respect everyone's different footy opinions, no matter how hard it is to do so. I gained more knowledge on footy and got to share how footy impacts everyone around the world (due to the fact that most users are on different parts of the globe). I've learned to appreciate everything that has to do with footy, whether I like it or not, because footy unites us!

Q: RATS! Girls rule!

Ive met wonderful people through here that I admire and respect, some of whom are personal friends that I adore and love dearly. They support a myriad of teams and players, lots I don't follow myself..lol. Ive also met awesome supporters from United that its fantastic to be in touch with here. Ive also learnt a lot about teams and players I wasn't too familiar with and can keep up with matches and Leagues etc that we don't get over here. I get to laugh a lot too. the users here on the whole are awesome.

On the down side, Ive seen many good users leave here. Lots of people I enjoy suspended and at times it has bought the worst out of us all.

Thankfully, friendship seems to over ride the negatives and whether we follow the same teams or not have grown to enjoy each others company!

I've made many wonderful friends, one in particular Juli I'm meeting in a few weeks and others that I've talked on the phone with ,you are one of them and I'm truly blessed to have met all these wonderful users. Overall this forum has taught me allot about soccer and how insane the Internet can be at times with stalkers and users harassing others. In the end though we're all still friends!!

It has dealt considerable damage to my social skills, and has also taken a horrible toll on my vocabulary.
