Did everything to the car, it won't start and i don't know how the restart the computer.

No, the ignition coil is used to generate the high voltage needed for the sparks generated by the spark plugs.

The starter coil is actually a solenoid on the starter motor. This solenoid engages the bedix drive on the starter - in other words, it engages the starter. This coil generates a magnetic field and pull the starter motor armature into the motor so that the commutator makes contact with the brushes so that the motor can get electricity to the armature. It also puls the gear drive (which is directly on the armature) onto the flywheel gear.

You don't restart the computer. Scan the computer for codes and read my last suggestion I left for you on your other question site.
