When they could follow the greatest team in the history of sports? My New England Patriots will forever be known as the greatest of the greatest. Every player is all pro caliber and no other team in any sport has ever been able to say that.

WAKE UP PEOPLE. JOIN A SUPERIOR TEAM AND FAN NATION AND LEAVE YOUR LOSERS BEHIND.

I am a long time pats fan. If you look back in history the Pat's couldn't buy a win the late 70s early 80s. Look at how great the 49ers were. Look @ them now. ENJOY
GO PATRIOTS

yeah that right idiots, join the bandwagon.

20 years ago losers like you were the "superfan nation" of the 49ers.....until they stopped winning. in a couple of years the pats little moment in the sun will go away and so will most of you pats fans. people can say all they want about dallas and pittsburgh fans but at least those two teams remained popular when they were going through multiple losing seasons. nobody outside of boston ever gave a rat's behind about the pats until 2001 when the know-nothing frontrunners found a new winning team they could get behind for a while. you people are sickening.

Bandwagon fans are the worst kind of sports fan. A TRUE sports fan follows the team through thick and thin. This is true for all sports. Ask yourself would you be a Patriots fan if they were 0-16. I know I would stick with my team if they were. I am from Chicago, so I am a Bears, Cubs and Bulls fan.

Well, whether or not the New England Patriots are the greatest team in history is highly debatable. Besides, a true NFL fan sticks with their team through thick and thin. You don't just switch teams every time your team isn't doing well.
Does this mean that when New England starts doing poorly (and they will) you are just going to leave them?

I've been a pats fan, since 1972... I didn't leave them for the Steelers or the Cowboys, when they had winning seasons, and the Patriots were the laughingstock of the NFL...

Real fans follow their teams despite their records, winning or losing.... You do the true fans of other teams a disservice with this question...

Go Patriots 16-0 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Because that is what a REAL fan does -- sticks behind their team and it is their team win or lose. I was a Bears fan before last year, and last year was all that more enjoyable because of going through the hard times.

This year, my team crashed and burned again -- but they're still my team.

You are a perfect example of what is known as a "bandwagon" fan, one who truly isn't a fan at all.

Other NFL team fans follow and root for their teams for the same reason Pats fans like me followed and rooted for the Pats for years. We are proud of our home, we love the game, we love our team.

Don't encourage bandwagoning. I respect a die-hard Falcons or Miami fan more than a bandwagon Pats fan.

You may be a bandwagon jumper but many of us are long term, loyal fans of our teams. Myself, I have been a Denver Bronco fan for 45 years, good or bad, championship or cellar dweller, and I'll never change. The Pats have put together a great team this year, enjoy it while you can.

Answer: Your team plays in the AFC East. My highschool football team could be successful there. Every year you guys get 6 automatic wins (IE the jets, bills, fins) What a joke. Have fun playing in the minor leagues, retards.

Ahh yes....typical Pats fan arrogance. The Pats fans have truly taken on the personality of their team.
