Sparkles, the reasons you got them are great. I have a reason for the heart. It is actually a broken heart with my initial and I bet you can figure out why I got that one..... :)

Great question I love to talk about my tats. I have four. The fist one I got was a beautiful cross on my lower back (black ink), the second was a Lady Bug on my right ankle because I like red and is for good luck, the third was a Scorpio on my left foot, (it is beautiful-not too big, and my last and final one is a small cross on my neck (in the back) because I have felt most of my life that God was the only one who had my BACK. not a not 2 but sum would say TOO many quit counting in the 40s my fave is probably the flying dragon on left forearm kinda tossup though 'cuz really like the rose surrounded by thorns with a dagger on it on right forearm. got a rose on right chest group of us all got same 1 many many more all have special meaning to me yours?? started just covering scars which left it pretty open lived a rough life. got them every where i do mean EVERYWHERE feel free to contact if you wish wait there not all huge or anything i mean i'm not like a circus freak or nothing. put me in long sleeves and i keep my hand in my pocket i look almost respectable. actually i do in uniform

I have eight so far. 4 different butterflies, a celtic cross, the Hebrew meaning of my name in japanese, a heart symbol of my own design, and cherries with the words "thick juicy sexy"...

I have a heart in between my shoulder blades, a nautical star on my ankle, a sunburst design with a J in the middle on my lower back (lol, yes I know I have a tramp stamp), I have a tribal heart on my wrist, and 3 dots on my hand.
My best friend is a tattoo artist & he's designing another one for me now.

I have 10 so far. I have a sacred heart on my chest with blue flames. I have one that looks like a cross cut into my arm. I have a cute naked woman on my inner forarm. I have barbed wire around my left bicep and on my left shoulder I have a reall evil looking moon with horns and teeth. My righ inner forarm is a skull surrounded by a tribal pattern. All around that from my wrist to my elbow are 2 sets of flames. One is solid black from wrist to middle forarm and a shaded set from the top of that to the elbow. I love that one. On my right bicep is a band of skulls and on the shoulder is a really evil sun with horns and teeth. I have one other on my chest but I cannot tell you about it on here. Needless to say I am not done getting inked.

No, but a friend made me some scars with some heated needles. They were suppose to look like an 'arrow down' sign, but they turned out something like an inverted cross... a reason for which many people think I'm a Satanist. :-/

Yes. Water tatoo's : Shells, Greenpeace. Old peace sign etc. Removed two old girl friend tatoo's years ago, used an air tool at a buddies shop, hurt like hell but worked.
