Tony Blair or now as it's Gordon Brown and his Cabinet will enjoy a gold plated retirement on pension packages worth £25 million. This Taxpayer funded package which will let ministers retire at 60 came days before the rest of us were told to expect to work till the age of 68 on a pension nothing like theirs. They are costing the taxpayer a fortune
Whitehall spend £1000 per day swigging bottled water.
In total taxpayers were left with a bill of nearly £130 million for MP's expenses alone, not to mention their salaries which came to £38 million.
Then they have re settlement grants at £5.4 million paid to MP's who lost their seats or retired. They have a nerve to even think about cutting any sort of services.

well well well , at least someone is now questioning what mps pension is worth, to start with the first thing this bunch did was to hike up their pensions and then turn round and penalise our pensions to keep us under their thumbs , they then (oh sorry, brown , i will not give him capitals , i despise him and i am a scot , YOUR PENSIONS ARE UP THE KYBHER , HA HA ) PEOPLE of this country whatever you do do not forget at the general election , they will probably hike their salaries before then , we should have the right to dictate what they are worth , it is up to each individual mp to prove their worth

Do you mean their salary? That all depends on rank and years of service. If you mean retirement pension, that also depends on rank and years of service.
