Too salty, my emotions. Maybe if I ate better...

Yes and sometimes it gets pretty bad! Because swallowing your emotions mean you bottle them up inside and eventually you will explode with anger or regret.

If they are emotions that I feel close to ... why yes ... swallowing makes me feel closer. Nothing says "I love you" like swallowing your emotions.

However, if they are a "one night stand" kind of emotion or an "I am using you because I can kind of emotion" ... I tend to spit them out.

I find it makes it that much easier to live with myself in the morning.

;-)

Peace.

It depends...to my friends and family I never hold back. They know where I stand.
To my bosses boss, I think I'd rather be quiet so I can get back to work and do what I really enjoy.
To strangers, it really depends on what I sense about them and how they react to others (if they are mean to older people, children or animals they are better left alone). If they have a "positive feel" about them I am an open book. No, really!!
