in resident evil 4 in level 1-1 when you walk into a house and theres a guy in a wardrobe thing...wats the guys name??

His name is Luis Sera, and yes, he is a good guy. I won't spoil the story for you, but you'll run in to him a few times. I don't recall Luis being in any previous RE games.
