Why are liberals so concerned with the type of vehicles others drive?

I drive a Tahoe and a Corvette, why is this any concern to anyone other than the guy paying for them; me.

The lefties would rule us down to the color of our underwear if we would let them get away with it.

It would be of course for our own good or as one of the tenants of the global warming religion, but they would love to dictate our every move.

They are built on truck chassis. It would be impossible to rate a vehicle based on it's use. The use can change several times a year.
